About the experience

What can I expect from the event? Original Version: With over 40 breathtaking lantern scenes meticulously crafted by 150 artisans using 120 tons of steel and 150,000 feet of silk, Lektrik will transform the Botanical Garden into an immersive wonderland. You'll have plenty of photo opportunities, along with acrobatic performers, craft vendors, food, drinks, and more!
Where is the experience located? The event will be held at the São Paulo Botanical Garden, located in the southern zone of the city. The address is Av. Miguel Estefano, 3031 - Vila Água Funda.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience takes place outdoors. If the event is canceled due to weather, we’ll notify you via email at the address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last? On average, people spend about two hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes, there will be various food options available.
Is there parking available? Yes, there is paid parking available directly at the venue.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Refund: Refunds are available before ticket validation within seven calendar days after purchase.

Exchange: Exchanges for date/time are available within seven calendar days after purchase and must be made 48 hours in advance.

Can I book for a group? You can make group reservations up to the ticket quantity limit allowed in our app/website (based on availability). No special group reservations will be made for this event.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive up to a few minutes late.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event. Service animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible? Most areas of the Botanical Garden are accessible to people with reduced mobility, with ramps available. The restrooms (men’s and women’s) are adapted and are distributed strategically along the paths, as are water fountains. Please note that the Botanical Garden does not provide electric carts or wheelchairs.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, the experience is not adapted for people with these disabilities.
Will there be strobe lights? There won’t be strobe lights, but torches will be lit throughout the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, restrooms (for men and women) are adapted and are distributed strategically along the paths, along with water fountains.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes, you are permitted to take photos and record videos.
Is there a locker available on-site? No, we do not have lockers.
Is there an age requirement? There is no age limit, but all children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Visitors are prohibited from:
  • Entering with children under 12 unaccompanied.
  • Riding bicycles, scooters, skates, skateboards, or similar.
  • Bringing items that could damage the garden or disrupt the environment, such as balls, balloons, kites, shuttlecocks, frisbees, model aircraft, drones, fireworks, sound devices, or musical instruments (except unamplified string instruments).
  • Bringing plants or plant parts and planting in visitor areas, restricted areas, or surrounding forest.
  • Entering with animals (except service dogs).
  • Climbing or hanging on railings, fences, benches, monuments, and other structures, or leaning in a way that may damage them.
  • Writing, engraving, painting, or posting signs, stickers, or posters on trees, plants, buildings, and monuments, including benches, bridges, walls, fountains, statues, buildings, and other structures.
  • Removing, damaging, or picking branches, flowers, leaves, fruits, or seeds from any plants. Feeding, capturing, mistreating, disturbing, or killing animals or damaging nests, shelters, or natural breeding grounds.
  • Climbing trees or attaching hammocks, swings, ropes, or any objects to plants.
  • Damaging or removing signage or plant identification markers.
  • Bringing food or drink, and smoking inside buildings (greenhouses, museum, and restaurant) and on trails.
  • Using gas stoves, grills, fires, burners, torches, or any fire-producing devices.
  • Making excessive noise that may disturb animals or other visitors.
  • Entering lakes or throwing objects and food into them.
  • Holding religious or ritual practices, depositing ashes or remains, making offerings, or lighting candles or incense.
  • Selling or offering commercial or promotional items unless previously authorized.
  • Littering outside of designated areas.
