What can I expect from the event?
The arrival of Lektrik: A Festival of Lights - São Paulo marks the debut of the exhibition in Latin America, following a successful run in cities like Miami, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Its vibrant pathways, unique and “Instagram-worthy” settings promise unforgettable moments, delighting both children and adults. The exhibition will bring magic to visitors of the Botanical Garden at the end of the year with colorful sculptures created by 150 artisans.
Lektrik is presented by LEKTRIK in partnership with the Botanical Garden, and tickets are now available on the Fever app and website, the leading global platform for discovering live entertainment, as well as on the Botanical Garden’s website and box office.
Where is the experience located?
The event will be held at the São Paulo Botanical Garden, located in the southern zone of the city. The address is Av. Miguel Estefano, 3031 - Vila Água Funda.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience takes place outdoors. If the event is canceled due to weather, we’ll notify you via email at the address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
On average, people spend about two hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there will be various food options available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available directly at the venue.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the box office.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Refund: Refunds are available before ticket validation within seven calendar days after purchase.
Exchange: Exchanges for date/time are available within seven calendar days after purchase and must be made 48 hours in advance.
Can I book for a group?
You can make group reservations up to the ticket quantity limit allowed in our app/website (based on availability). No special group reservations will be made for this event.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive up to a few minutes late.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event. Service animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Most areas of the Botanical Garden are accessible to people with reduced mobility, with ramps available. The restrooms (men’s and women’s) are adapted and are distributed strategically along the paths, as are water fountains. Please note that the Botanical Garden does not provide electric carts or wheelchairs.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Visitors are prohibited from:
- Unaccompanied children under 12 years of age;
- Riding bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, or similar items;
- Bringing objects that could damage the exhibits or disrupt order, such as balls, balloons (helium or otherwise), kites, shuttlecocks, frisbees, drones, model aircraft, fireworks, sound devices, and musical instruments (except for unamplified string instruments);
- Bringing plants or plant parts, whether native or exotic, or planting any species in the visitation areas, restricted access areas, or surrounding forest;
- Bringing any animals, except for service dogs on duty;
- Climbing or hanging from railings, fences, benches, monuments, the Historic Gate, or other structures and equipment, or leaning on them in ways that could cause damage;
- Writing, engraving, painting, or attaching signs, stickers, posters, notices, or objects of any kind on trees, plants, signs, maps, buildings, monuments, benches, bridges, walls, fountains, statues, and other structures and equipment;
- Breaking, damaging, or collecting branches, flowers, leaves, fruits, or seeds from the ground or any plant;
- Feeding, capturing, harming, disturbing, or killing any animals, or destroying/damaging their nests, shelters, or natural habitats;
- Climbing trees or tying up hammocks, swings, ropes, or any objects to trees or other plants;
- Removing or damaging plant identification or informational signage;
- Bringing beverages, food, or smoking inside buildings (greenhouses, museums, and restaurants) and on trails;
- Bringing or lighting gas stoves, grills, campfires, torches, or any object that could produce fire;
- Making excessive noise that could scare or stress animals or disturb other visitors;
- Entering lakes or throwing objects and food into them;
- Performing religious ceremonies, rituals, depositing ashes or remains, or lighting candles/incense burners;
- Selling or promoting commercial products, unless previously authorized;
- Disposing of trash outside designated bins and areas.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, the experience is not adapted for people with these disabilities.
Will there be strobe lights?
There won’t be strobe lights, but torches will be lit throughout the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms (for men and women) are adapted and are distributed strategically along the paths, along with water fountains.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, you are permitted to take photos and record videos.
Is there a locker available on-site?
No, we do not have lockers.
